ROBBIE’S FI Singer gives up hell-raising to watch reality TV

- By James Desborough

ROBBIE Williams has given up his hell-raising ways in favour of watching reality TV.

The singer, who joins Sharon Osbourne as guest judge and mentor on tonight’s episode of The X Factor, admits Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has become his favourite.

He and wife Ayda, 37,binge on episodes of the show and its many spin-offs.

Former drug-taker Robbie, 42, reckons now that he is a dad of two getting his feet up in front of telly is his priority.

The Take That legend said: “I watch the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. You think I am joking?

“I watch Beverly Hills, New York, Orange County and the Miami one too. It is all about reality TV shows and people talk about guilty pleasures. And this is the level of my intellect. That is where I am and that is what I watch.”

Away from reality telly, the star also enjoys hosting quizzes at parties at his home.

He adds: “There will be a pub quiz. That is the party now. Everybody else gets drunk and I watch them do it.”

Robbie, who is back with his new single Party Like A Russian, says that he has been fighting the flab for his promo tour. But his greatest hurdle has been a weakness for snacking at night.

He said: “I was night-eating every night and I put nine pounds on without realising. But now I am carb-less, sugar-less and fun-less.

“I am able to fit into those clothes I used to be in in the 90s.”

In tonight’s X Factor Robbie offers advice to Sharon’s hopefuls on their performances and on the perils of showbusiness. Sharon’s return comes as her daughter Kelly, 31, settled a legal war with hairdresser Michelle Pugh, 45, who was 70-year-old dad Ozzy’s mistress.

Kelly put Michelle’s mobile number online and told her four million followers to call her for sex.

Michelle sued but agreed a settlement on Friday afternoon.
