Stephanie said: “It’s about having solidarity and being woman enough to say it’s OK to forgive someone and be friends with someone again. “That’s the best thing for me, to have my friend back.” Stephanie also gets on well with Dan and is pleased she protected her daughters from the feud. She said: “They’re really happy, good, intelligent girls and I want them to look at me as a role model. That’s why I’m speaking out today. When they read this in the future they can be proud of me for apologising for my part in the whole saga and especially for the interview I gave at the time which I bitterly regret. I just want to move on’”
Happy
Stephanie is reluctant to reveal too much about her relationship with Michael, 46, but said it’s going well.
“We’re taking it slow and right now we’re really happy,” she said. Kym is also in a great relationship with personal trainer Matt Baker. Stephanie said she would like to marry in the future but has no plans for more kids.
She is happy how her fledgling f r i endship with Kym is progressing. She said: “I wish Kym a very merry Christmas.
“We will take it one day at a time. Maybe we’ll go for a drink in the future. It’s important we move on. Forgiveness is really hard for some people. But when you can, it sets you free.”
