She said: “It transpired she was being bullied on Snapchat. There’s no getting away from it now. They have their phones 24/7.

“Be careful what you say. Words can’t be taken back. You don’t know how that person will take it. Be mindful of their situation.”

Her message to victims is: “Remember there’s always someone to talk to.”

Justin Bieber fan Megan was looking forward to seeing her idol playing in Cardiff in June and now well-wishers are trying to raise money to buy signed memorabilia to be placed in her coffin.

Nicola described how her outgoing and MADONNA charmed a Malawian court into being allowed to adopt twin girls after saying one of her sisters would raise them if she dies.

The star, 58, left the African country in a hired Gulfstream IV jet this week with four-year-olds Stella and Esther.

The adoption was agreed after she said a sister in the US would “step in” if anything happened.

Madonna has three sisters, Paula, 57, Melanie, 54, and Jennifer, 48. It was not revealed who would be the guardian.

At the High Court in Malawi, Judge Fiona Mwale said: “Extended family are on-board with the adoption.

“One of her sisters and the husband have executed a declaration of their willingness to step in as guardian of the two infants should anything happen to the petitioner.”

The judge said Madonna would normally be considered too old but she made an exception in her case.

Madonna already has two Malawian children after adopting David in 2006 and Mercy in 2009. Her natural children are Lourdes, 20, and Rocco, 16.

The twin girls’ mother died within a week of their birth following caesarean section complications.

Nicola said: “I want to raise awareness of teen suicide. We didn’t see any signs. That’s what makes it so difficult to understand.”

Megan died on Tuesday night. Police are now investigating her death, which is not being treated as suspicious.
