Drain the beans from the can and rinse under cold water. Add two tablespoon­s to the mixture and store the rest in the fridge. In another bowl, mix the cumin and cayenne pepper. Add the tomatoes, sliced into quarters. Microwave on high for 45 seconds. Combine with chicken mixtures. Squeeze more lime, crumble the feta on top and add a dollop of sour cream to finish.
