As noted in US magazine Variety: “The mystery of the first season of Twin Peaks was, famously, Who killed Laura Palmer? The mystery of the reboot is, well – nearly everything.” All plot details for the episodes are being kept under wraps. The official synopsis for the first episode couldn’t be more David Lynch if it tried, simply saying: “My log has a message for you.” That really is all we’re getting. But perhaps with Twin Peaks, that’s all we need. Twin Peaks will be shown on Sky Atlantic in the UK. Keen viewers can get a first look at the same time as US audiences at 2am on Monday, May 22, when the first two episodes will be simulcast. For those who don’t fancy staying up, the show’s regular time slot will be Monday evenings at 9pm.
