SEX ATTACKER STALKS COSTAS
British girl among victims of white van driver hunted by cops
POLICE on the Costa del Sol are hunting a violent serial sex attacker whose victims include a British teenager.
The “athletically built” white van driver first put a screwdriver to the girl’s neck to intimidate her.
Then he paralysed the youngster with fear by telling her that if she put up any resistance to him she would not be the first person he had killed.
He forced his 19-year-old victim to perform sex acts and drove off from the scene in his van.
The vicious attacker targeted the young woman as she got into her car to drive home after leaving work in the holiday resort of Fuengirola.
Sources close to the case said he abused her after having leapt into the back seat of the car and threatened her with his screwdriver as she turned the engine on.
The terrifying crime happened at about 4am last Thursday on Maestra Angeles Azpiazu Street in the resort’s central area.
Police have linked the attack to two others that happened in Fuengirola over the past month.

They have made the connections because in each case the method of attack and the descriptions by victims of their assailant were identical.
A Spanish woman was targeted in the town just under a month ago by a man who produced a screwdriver and then threatened to kill her after having followed her into an apartment block beforeore getting into a lift with her.
He ordered the terrifiederrified woman to take her trousers down and sexually assaulted her – but fled after hearing a noise.
The second attack happened at about 7am last Sunday when another Spanish woman was walking home following a night out.
She was approached by a pervert who pulled his trousers down and tried to get his young victim to fondle him while he rubbed himself against her.
He stopped as friends of hers who were walking behind saw what was happening from a distance and began to shout at him.
The witnesses told police officers that instead of running away the man calmly w walked to a white van p parked nearby and then dr drove off. The sex attacker has been d describedbd as b being about 5ft 7in tall, dark-skinned and short-haired.
He is said to have an athletic build, with a possible tattoo on one of his arms, and never covers his face.
Police in the provincial capital Malaga confirmed: “We are now investigating complaints made by three people.”
They are known to be linking the cases because of the white van seen at two of the attacks, the offender’s screwdriver and his physical description.
Officers are also taking into account the fact that all of the three attacks have happened in a short space of time in the same Costa holiday resort.
