£1m film bid for teen’s tale

- By Vikki White

LOTTO winner Jane Park’s rags to riches tale could be turned into a Hollywood blockbuster.

Jane became Britain’s youngest EuroMillions winner in 2013 when she bagged £1million.

Now she is set to pocket another million by telling her story, although she admits her jackpot in many ways brought her anything but happiness.

Our source revealed: “In June a production company based in Hollywood expressed an interest in making a romantic comedy about Jane’s life.

“They love the idea of having a normal girl winning a million pounds at the age of 17 yet still having a lot of trouble finding love.”

Jane went from an £8-an-hour temp in Edinburgh to splashing on holidays, designer clothes, a boob job, an op to make her bum larger and a Range Rover.

Last year, she even sent her ex Connor George on a lads’ outing to Ibiza with a list of 20 rules.

She later claimed her wealth left her struggling to find love and without purpose. But film execs reckon it’s a great story.

“Producers are especially interested about the rules, including how she had a t-shirt made with her face on the front to ensure girls knew he was off the market and had a girlfriend,” said our source. “They also want to cover the cosmetic surgery.” A second offer later came from a company who want to make her story a mini series.

Our Source added: “Unlike the first movie makers, they see Jane’s story as very dangerous. A normal girl with a happy life, becoming the focus of begging and jealousy, blackmail and bribery attempts and risks such as being kidnapped.” Jane, who suffered suspected sepsis after her recent bum op, is in talks with both

firms.
