- By Neil Moxley

LEICESTER will look to offload Ahmed Musa in the January transfer window. The Nigeria international signed for £16.6million after the Foxes lifted the Premier League title. But he has been on the fringes and dropped to get game-time in Leicester’s Under-23s to prep him for a switch. His departure moved a step closer as the Foxes yesterday confirmed the arrival of Mali youngster Fousseni Diabate following his £1.75m move from French Ligue 2 side Ajaccio. Leicester are likely to demand a hefty loan fee to secure the forward’s release between now and the end of the campaign – but several clubs are desperate to bolster their firepower and the Foxes will make them pay. WEST BROM will certainly take a look at the former CSKA Moscow man. Musa has pace to burn and would give Alan Pardew’s side an undoubted lift. Leicester are trying to secure cover for Danny Simpson at right-back as well while Leonardo Ulloa’s potential move to ASTON VILLA appears to have moved closer. The 31-year-old striker did not play in the FA Cup against Fleetwood Town last weekend, suggesting that a temporary switch to Villa Park remains very much on the cards. Di Santo – as insurance iff a late bid arrives for Moussa Dembele. The Bhoys have been scoutingg the Argentina striker asa theyy look for back-up. Dembele, 21, has scored eight goals this season and Brendan Rodgers does not wantw to take any chances of leaving himself light.g Ex-Wigang man Di Santo, 28, is not prolific, but would lead theh linel withh hish experience.perience. e
