STRICTLY STR star Gemma Atkinson Atk has insisted she is happily hap single and in the best shape sha of her life.

“S “So I’m not back to where I was just yet. I’ve been in better shape but now we’re training again aga I’d say we’re in the best ‘ January’ shape sh of our lives.”

Th This week, Gemma told us: “I’d say, ‘Be the best version of yourself’, really. I’ve got friends who are naturally skinny who are trying so hard to put weight on but they can’t.
“In the same way some girls are naturally curvy and trying to lose weight.
“I think to shame someone for being skinny is as bad as shaming someone who’s overweight, so I think be the best version of yourself and do what makes you happiest.” The Emmerdale actress remained coy about her love life after being linked to both 27- year- old Strictly professional Gorka and Wales manager and Manchester United legend Giggs, 44, in recent weeks. The actress has insisted she and Giggs, 44, are just pals and have shared a friendship for more than ten years. This week a photo emerged which seemed to show Gemma sharing a kiss with Gorka, who was paired with fellow Strictly finalist Alexandra Burke on the show. And fans were convinced they were an item after seeing Instagram snaps showing Gemma with her arm around Gorka in a group shot with the Strictly cast. Shrugging off the s peculation, Gemma – who has previously dated footballers Cristiano Ronaldo and Marcus Bent – said: “I don’t think anything of it. I know what’s going on in my life so whatever everyone else wants to think I just let them think it because I know.” The actress told of her hopes to get her radio show.
