Khan, from Bolton, Lancs, denied reports he had a passionate tryst with another model in a hotel hours after his Good Morning Britain appearance.
“I find it so sickening,” he said. “Why would people say all this stuff? It’s so sad. I’m on social media, I’m not coming off it, I do my thing on social media. Me and Faryal are cool, everything is fine.”
Khan – said to be worth £20million – was speaking at the National Television Awards at the O2 on Tuesday.
He left his wife in a hotel nearby while he enjoyed a raucous party.
The couple, who wed in 2013 and have a daughter, Lamaisah, three, had a huge Twitter spat last summer after he partied with a Faryal lookalike in Dubai.
New York-born Faryal accused him of sleeping with prostitutes while he claimed she had cheated on him with boxing champ Anthony Joshua, which the heavyweight laughed off. He also branded her a “gold-digger” and said they had split.
Weeks later she revealed she was pregnant with their second child.
Khan added: “I’m really looking forward to that. I’m looking at another four months. I tried changing a nappy one time and I did it the wrong way round.
