- By Karen Rockett by

A MASS grave thought to contain the bodies of British hostages beheaded on video by Jihadi John has been found in Syria.

Forensic teams uncovered the site after the interrogation of two British Islamic State fighters who were part of the notorious fourman “Beatles” terror cell.

Intelligence officers searching for the bodies of Western hostages murdered by IS say they now have their best breakthrough.

Former London drug dealer Alexanda Kotey, 34, and fellow Londoner El Shafee Elsheikh, 29, were captured by Kurdish forces while trying to flee to Turkey.

They have provided new information about a mass grave where Jihadi John’s victims are buried along with hundreds of others

Big-hearted Craig, who won Big Brother in 2000, gave his winnings to friend and Downs Syndrome sufferer Joanne Harris to pay for a heart and lung transplant. He says he owes the show a lot. “I was fortunate to win. I had a trade too and have worked on more than 1,000 makeovers worldwide. The win opened doors and helped me support family and friends and do things for charity.”

Craig and Laura, who met two years ago, tied the knot at Cheshire’s Peckforton Castle where Leicester City star Jamie Vardy got married.

X Factor contestant Andy Abrahams performed at the wedding and EastEnder Dean Gaffney was among the guests. Ricky Hatton, Frankie Dettori, Uri Geller, Bill Roache and Mel C sent congratulations.

The couple, on honeymoon in Colorado, are building a five- bed house near Liverpool – and starting a firm teaching people DIY skills. Craig said: “I couldn’t have dreamed of what I’ve got. And now I have the love of my life.”

slaughtered by IS. They include Yorkshire-born aid worker David Haines, 44, Manchester cabbie and 47- year- old charity driver Alan Henning.

Their beheading on video by Jihadi John horrified the world.

Other victims believed to be at the burial site include American hostages James Foley, 40, Steven Sotlof, 31, and Peter Kassig, 31.

The site’s exact location is not being disclosed because of fears IS could still target the area which i s currently under Syrian Democratic Forces control.

Jihadi John, 27 – real name Mohammed Emwazi, from West London – was killed by a drone missile two years ago.

Kotey and Elsheikh were disguised as civilians when they were captured. They have been stripped of their British citizenship.
