FRIENDS star Matt LeBlanc has ruled out getting back to together for a reunion of the smash hit series.

Matt, 50, says he would never agree to it as no one wants to see an old Joey.

He played the dim but loveable struggling Italian actor in the show for ten years, a role that made his career. But Matt says it’s time the character was put to bed.

He told Weekend magazine: “I don’t want to do it - simple. Put bluntly, I don’t think anybody wants to see an old Joey having a colonoscopy.

“We were a lot younger then and I think that’s how the characters should stay. Normally I would never say never, but in the case of Friends I would say definitely never.”

Taking over from Jeremy Clarkson as the host of BBC’s Top Gear in 2016, Matt also returns with the final series of comedy Episodes this week. Matt said he’s never been so busy: “I always thought it’d be time to slow down at 50. However I NICOLE Scherzinger says she feels “empowered” by the MeToo and Time’s Up movements.

The pushback against sexual abuse in Hollywood began when brave stars spoke out against figures including shamed producer Harvey Weinstein.

And the former Pussycat Doll was talking after her bandmate Kaya Jones, 33, told last year of how the group had suffered regular abuse at the hands of music industry executives.

Change

Nicole, 39, said: “I feel empowered, absolutely. It’s about not giving up, not giving in, and just hoping, just one step forward every time and a new beginning will always come.

“That’s what we are doing, we want change and we are one step forward every day through this movement.”

Former X Factor judge Nicole also revealed that she is “in talks” with her ex-bandmates for a Pussycat Dolls reunion.

Speaking at the launch of Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Unmasked: The Platinum Collection, she said: “If it is meant to be, it is meant to be.

“Who doesn’t want new beginnings and to start all over again sometimes.”

Nicole is dating tennis star Grigor Dimitrov and previously had a long-term relationship with Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton. made the mistake of taking on more work and now I’m busier than ever. But I feel really fortunate.” Friends ran for ten series and its 2004 finale was watched by 52.5 million viewers in the US. The exploits of Friends Joey, Chandler, Phoebe, Ross, Rachel and Monica are still regularly repeated on UK TV.
