‘If he broke law, bring him down’
PORN star Stormy Daniels has called for Donald Trump to be impeached if prosecutors can prove he broke campaign rules. Stormy, 39, met the tycoon at a golf tournament in Lake Tahoe in July 2006, just four months after wife Melania gave birth to their son Barron. She claims they had sex and that she was intimidated into signing a non-disclosure agreement about the affair after Mr Trump won the Republican nomination for the 2016 election. And she is now taking legal action in a bid to prove the contract, which was drawn up just weeks before his White House victory, is invalid. She said: “If Donald Trump has done things he shouldn’t have during his campaign he should be impeached like anyone else. If he has broken the law he should be arrested. “I have always said that the truth is the most important thing and that is why I spoke out in the first place – so I can look my daughter in the eye and know I was honest. “Being called a liar is the hardest part. I am just fighting for the truth and I believe everyone should be treated equally. “Trump probably wishes he’d never met me, but a lot of men feel like that.” She said their liaison was also very out of character for her, adding: “I’m normally such a prude! It’s the only one-night stand I’ve ever had.
“I’ve probably only slept with about 25 men outside of work. If I see a cute guy in a bar, I chicken out.
“But I was intrigued by Trump. I’m kind of weird – attractiveness to me isn’t necessarily physical. I like very interesting people.”
Almost overnight, Daniels became an “accidental” feminist icon with supporters flocking to see her stage show. But she stops short of using the term to describe herself.
She said: “The only reason I got p***ed off was that people were messing with me so my idea was just to stand up for myself.
“I’d no idea I would end up standing up for everyone but it has been a privilege I never expected.
“It’s hard enough to face these powerful people but to have others place their hope and trust in you is a big deal. I’m not a feminist, I’m just human.”
