REPEAT CRIME AFTER JAIL

-

PATRICK Fawkes was jailed in 1999 for three-and-a-half years after tying a woman up and raping her and also indecently assaulted a boy in 1977.

But in 2013 Fawkes, 54, of Merthyr Tydfil, South Wales, was living just 300 yards from a primary school when he raped a woman in her home.

A judge jailed him for four years and four months with an extended licence for a further three years. SEX attacker David Gregory was found with a rape kit in his car after kidnapping a student just two years after being released from prison.

The 46-year-old armed himself with handcuffs and other accessories before prowling Manchester’s student heartland in his Audi A3.

He had been jailed in 2005 for raping a teenager but was released on licence in 2014. Last year he was sentenced to life with a minimum nine years. CONVICTED rapist Jermaine Hussie struck just nine days after being freed on licence.

The 34-year-old, of Liverpool, had served half of a sixyear jail sentence.

Liverpool Crown Court was told that he convinced a young woman with learning difficulties to kiss him in a car park. He then raped her twice.

Hussie was jailed for 14 years in January. FACEBOOK predator Osman Ali groomed a 12-year-old girl and raped her after he was freed halfway through an eight-year jail sentence for a gang rape.

Within months of being released he targeted the 12-year-old and arranged to meet while her parents thought she was getting help with her schoolwork.

He took pictures of the girl in her school uniform before raping her multiple times. In March, Ali, from Rochdale, was sent back to jail for 14-and-a half-years. ANDREW Anderson carried out a rape just two weeks after he was released early from prison for attacking a 13-year-old girl.

The 33-year-old was on parole when he attacked a woman while she slept beside him.

He raped a third victim whom he had abused a decade earlier. Anderson was warned in the High Court in Glasgow in August he may never be released again. SOMALIAN rapist Dahir Ibrahim overturned a deportation order after being freed from his first jail sentence – and then raped two more women.

The 31-year-old was sentenced to 10 years in 2005 after the first sex attack in Edgbaston, Birmingham.

On his release he was given leave to remain in the UK. But he then raped two women, one of them at knifepoint. Ibrahim was jailed for another 10 years in 2016 and faces another deportation order.
