OLE WON’T BE AN INCREDIBLE SULK

hurry to sell Romelu Lukaku after rejecting Inter Milan’s £54million bid.

Inter boss Antonio Conte is desperate to sign the Belgian striker, who sat out the friendly between the clubs in Singapore yesterday.

Solskjaer, though, insists he won’t throw his toys out of the pram if United come up short when the transfer window closes next month.

He said: “My job is of course to manage the circumstances and the squad that I’ve got.

“But people will tell you I’m not angry for very long. The players know when I am angry but we get it sorted and move on.

“Of course I have my targets – but I won’t bear grudges if I don’t get them.”

Leicester are resigned to losing Maguire with Manchester City also in the hunt for the England star.

United have so far made two bids – thought to be around £60m with extra add-ons bolstering the deal closer to £70m – but the Foxes are holding out for at least £80m.

“For me it’s natural to leave negotiations and that side of the business to the ones who have that responsibility,” added Solskjaer.

“I’m quite patient and quite understanding because I know it’s difficult to get transfers over the line.”

Solskjaer is desperate for new faces to make United contenders for the top-four.

He said: “When I played it was us and Arsenal. Then Chelsea came.

“It’s tougher and more difficult and more competitive getting players.

“That’s a realism that we have to get used to. You can’t live on history.”
