SHE’S the Queen of Pop – but Madonna’s subjects aren’t so mad on her, with only half the tickets for her new tour sold.

The veteran singer – famous for 80s hits Like A Virgin and Crazy For You – is due to play 15 shows at the 2,286-seat London Palladium as part of her latest Madame X tour.

It’s the first time Madonna, 60, has played intimate theatres instead of stadiums since 1985’s debut The Virgin Tour.

Tickets went on sale three months ago for the shows, which begin on January 26.

The cheapest are a wallet-busting £376 – the priciest an eye-watering £1,247.

And the result is over half the seats are still available when checked on the Ticketmaster website. A UK fan tweeted: “I’ve seen you since the Virgin tour and every concert but I’m going to miss this tour as I can’t pay for a ticket.”

Another pleaded: “Madonna, please lower your ticket prices so a broke guy like me can see you!”

One fan joked on social media: “Is it a good idea for me to get a small second job to fund a Madonna ticket.”

Another said: “I’ve been a massive fan since 1986 but I can’t justify these ticket prices. I’ve seen her four times in concert but I’ll pass on this. Too pricey – sorry.”

Last night a source revealed: “It was thought some fans will pay extra to see her in a smaller venue but the tickets are extortionately priced and Madonna is struggling to sell out her string of intimate concerts in London.

“It’s not a good look for the Queen of Pop who is normally a big hitter.” Madonna has sold more than 300 million records worldwide and grossed ed over £1billion in ticket sales.

She has a record 13 UK Number umber One singles. And her Rebel Heart arena tour in 2015 and 2016 raked ked in £150million.

Madge will kick off her 81-date date Madame X tour – named after her teenage alter ego – in September in New York.

After shows in her adopted home me town of Lisbon she will head to o London before winding up next xt February in Paris.
