Gemma: Diet jabs are fab GC admits weight loss injections

GEMMA Collins yesterday confessed the secret to her sharp new look – £250 a time slimming injections.

The former Towie queen had previously hinted her more slender frame was down to vegan nosh and gym slogs.

But Gemma, 38, admitted to the Sunday People she has bolstered her big push to a three-stone weight loss with Skinnyjab injections, which suppress appetite.

The reality TV star said: “I went on the jabs and that has been really good for me.

“You get injected basically and it curbs your appetite as well so it is handy when you are busy and on the road.

“I definitely feel much better since losing weight and I have got more energy and stuff. When you eat rubbish food, you feel rubbish and when you eat healthy, it’s a lot better.”

Gemma has long battled with her weight, swinging between a size 16 and 22 over the years.

But she has maintained a healthy regime since starting to shed pounds during her stint on Dancing On Ice in January.

She had the injections at a clinic in her hometown of Brentwood, Essex, where an initial three-week plan costs £250 and top-up treatments are priced at £135 each.

The clinic’s website claims the jabs use a “tried- and- tested medical revolution” which reduce hunger. Featuring a picture of Gemma on the site, si the company confirmed they helped her but insist insisted their product is not a fas fast fix but a kickstart to a hea healthier lifestyle.
