A WOMAN who hired girls for Jeffrey Epstein’s parties claims Prince Andrew put his head between her breasts and blew a raspberry.

The ex-lapdancer says Andrew, 59, then laughed and said she should be in a mag for “big breasted women”.

The woman says Andrew was

“flirty and handsy”. She says the breast blow incident – dubbed “motorboating” – happened at Epstein’s New York mansion.

But while she says Andrew was having fun, she alleges vulnerable girls were upstairs in bedrooms after being hired to attend. There is no suggestion Andrew was aware any under-age girls were at the parties.

The woman says: “The Duke was out to enjoy himself. I always thought Andrew liked my breasts. He looked at them first rather than me.

“He leant forward, put his face on them and blew a raspberry. I was shocked, but I laughed, thinking ‘What was that?’ He laughed, too.

“I thought, ‘Well, it’s going to be a good night’. I guess being a Prince gives you those privileges.

“Anyone doing that in a bar or in the street would have got a punch in the face. After Andrew motorboated me he tried to remember what it was called. He didn’t quite know the motorboat term. He said, ‘motor... something?’

He couldn’t remember. He was trying to come off cool, but he didn’t know the words. He said I should be in a magazine for big-breasted women. It was a big night, important for Jeffrey.

“The girls had been specially selected. I believed the Duke liked curvy girls like his ex-wife, Fergie. Epstein made it clear he wanted to keep Andrew happy. I saw the prince at parties a couple of times a year, if not more. I would flirt with him and he’d hit on me and was handsy. He’d look at my breasts, hold my hands, put his arm around my waist, stroke my cheek.”

The woman also speaks about rooms “where sex happened”. She hired teenagers to attend and says: “The girls were younger sisters of other strippers, homeless kids, runaways.

“They were mostly older teens and were paid $200, $300.

“But the youngest girls would stay in the bedrooms because they couldn’t look 18 or 19.”

Convicted paedophile Epstein, 66, was found dead in a jail cell in August. He faced fresh sex trafficking charges.

Andrew denies any wrongdoing – or witnessing Epstein’s criminal activities. He also denies sex with Virginia Roberts, who says she was recruited to sleep with Andrew, once when she was 17.

Buckingham Palace declined to comment on the latest claims.
