PRINCE William unwittingly honoured a depraved school head at Buckingham Palace.

He gave an MBE to head teacher Jonathan Ullmer who had secretly sexually groomed a pupil.

Ullmer, 59, won the gong in the 2014 Queen’s Birthday Honours for services to education.

But a tribunal this month found he had sexual activity with a vulnerable schoolboy 25 years ago.

Married Ullmer was found guilty of sexual misconduct with the schoolboy from the age of 16 and had an “inappropriate relationship” with the lad from the age of 13.

He got the boy to perform naked massages and sex acts. Ullmer was also found to have allowed the pupil to stay at his home and share a bed.

He was struck off the teaching register for life for sexually motivated misconduct after his victim came forward.

The ex-pupil told the Teaching Regulation Agency: “He frequently wanted massages. He’d take all his clothes off and lie on the floor.” Ullner, then head of Cecil Jones

TWO more women have spoken out on claims Prince Andrew’s paedophile pal Jeffrey Epstein raped them.

One, a wannabe actress named as Olivia, told how she and a girl referred to as Lily were 19 when paid to massage the depraved financier in their underwear in 2001.

And she insists he never asked

High School, Leigh-on-sea, Essex, also asked the boy to touch his genitals, the hearing was told. He denied all the claims, insisting: “I am happily married and have always been heterosexual.”

But he was banned from teaching indefinitely and panel chair Jean Carter said his behaviour was “unforgivable”. Ullner won his MBE while at CATS College in Canterbury, Kent.

He is likely to keep his honour unless he is criminally convicted or chooses to return it. their ages – despite her still having braces. They are two of nine women to have filed a lawsuit against Epstein in the US.

The pair claim he lured them to his Manhattan home with vows to boost their careers before employing them as masseuses and raping them. “I didn’t want to do any of it,” Olivia said. “I don’t know how such a powerful person can get away with something like this so long.

“I looked very young. Looking back at it, it just adds to the disgust and kind of horror of the whole thing. And just to be clear, I said no. I didn’t want to be there.”

Epstein died in custody on August 10, aged 66. It was ruled a suicide and came five weeks after his arrest on federal charges that he trafficked dozens of underage girls from at least 2002 to 2005.

Lawyers for Epstein’s estate did not respond to requests for comment on the lawsuit, which was filed in Manhattan.
