Here, we reveal some of the top low-calorie swaps you can make in restaurants to keep your wallet bulging, not your belly.
WETHERSPOON’S
Swap a chicken tikka masala at 1,105 calories and 46g fat for beef chilli at 780 calories and 22.6g fat. This will save 325 calories – a 40min run.
NANDO’S
Swap 10 chicken wings at 806 calories and 41.5g fat for half a chicken at 588 calories and 29.3g fat, saving 218 calories or 15mins of pull-ups.
KFC
Swap a three-piece original recipe meal at 970 calories and 53g fat for a Zinger burger meal at 700 calories, 30g fat.
