HUNGRY Brits have been cashing in all month, h, thanks to Chancellor r Rishi Sunak’s Eat Out t To Help Out scheme.

But if your waistline now needs a bit of assistance, choose more wisely during the final Monday to Wednesday of cheap chips, burgers and pizzas.

Here, we reveal some of the top low-calorie swaps you can make in restaurant­s to keep your wallet bulging, not your belly.

WETHERSPOO­N’S

Swap a chicken tikka masala at 1,105 calories and 46g fat for beef chilli at 780 calories and 22.6g fat. This will save 325 calories – a 40min run.

NANDO’S

Swap 10 chicken wings at 806 calories and 41.5g fat for half a chicken at 588 calories and 29.3g fat, saving 218 calories or 15mins of pull-ups.

KFC

Swap a three-piece original recipe meal at 970 calories and 53g fat for a Zinger burger meal at 700 calories, 30g fat.

This will save 220 calories – a 25min cycle.

MCDONALD’S

Swap a Big Mac at

508 calories and 25g of fat for a Mcchicken sandwich at 388 calories and 16g fat, saving 120 calories – a 20min walk.

PIZZA EXPRESS

Swap dough balls at 396 calories and 21g fat for garlic bread at 280 calories and 5.7g fat. This saves you 116 calories – 15mins of football.

Swap a rack of ribs with barbecue sa sauce at 749 calories and 3 35g fat for an 8oz rump steak at 531 calories and 22g fat, saving 218 c calories – or about 20mins of boxercise. WAGAMAMA

Swap a 9in meat feast pizza at 1,140 calories and 50g fat for a Hawaiian at 1,008 calories and 39g fat, saving 132 calories or 15 mins of push-ups.

TOBY CARVERY

Swap roast beef at 274 calories a portion and 26g fat for turkey at 118 calories a portion and just 0.5g fat. This will save 156 calories – a 25min walk.

YO SUSHI

Swap Japanese fried chicken at 382 calories and 26.3g fat for prawn katsu at 173 and 6.7g fat. This saves 209 calories, or an hour’s weightlift­ing.

Swap a big breakfast at

993 calories and 73g fat for scrambled eggs on toast at 502 calories and 29g fat, saving

491 calories – an hour on the treadmill.

Swap a carbonara at 814 calories and 43g fat for a light asparagus carbonara at 541 calories and 22g fat. This will saving 273 calories –

a half-hour run.

Swap a salted caramel chocolate tart at 599 calories and 26g fat for a tiramisu at 323 calories and 11.1g fat. This saves 276 calories – or 30mins of circuit training.

LEON ZIZZI

Swap a lasagne at 947 calories and 61g fat for spag bol at 508 calories and 15g fat, saving 439 calories or 50mins of rowing.

PREZZO

Swap a meatball rice box at 790 calories and 45g fat for a fish sandwich at 500 calories and 26g fat.this saves 290 calories – an hour’s gardening.

PRET A MANGER

Swapping the Italian salad at 614 calories and 50.5g fat for tuna nicoise at 455 calories and 33.6g fat will save 159 calories – the same as a 30min walk.

BREWERS FAYRE

Swap a triple choc brownie at 692 calories and 23g fat for a Belgian waffle with ice cream at 468 calories and 20g fat. This will save 224 calories – or half-anhour of dancing.

BURGER KING

Swap a sausage and egg sandwich at 379 calories and 17.8g fat for a bacon butty at 283 calories and 12.3g fat, saving 96 calories – 20mins of DIY.
