COST: Adults, £12.50. Kids, from £7. DESIGN: It’s cheery, it’s bright… if you like Disney, and you don’t mind making a statement, you’ll love these. George also has a great range of matching Christmas socks. COMFORT: So soft you’d be forgiven for stroking them! They fit nicely, too.

WHAT: Matalan Check Penguin Family Christmas Pyjama Set. COST: Adults, £14. Kids, £10. DESIGN: Cute and not as garish as some of the others, but I prefer a tapered trouser. There’s a fab unisex Paw Patrol set coming soon for kids. COMFORT: Really breathable in bed because they’re almost 100% cotton. Absolutely fantastic value for money.
