A COUNCIL chief has quit after being arrested for breaking into a neighbour’s house – and stealing her PANTIES!
Robert Hannon, 70 ( above), was recorded on a security camera breaking into the apartment and then removing several articles of lingerie from the unnamed woman’s bedroom dresser.
Randy Hannon heads a team that acts as the economic development agency for Anne Arundel County near Baltimore, Maryland.
He is considered a top adviser and liaison to the business community.
Hannon, of Annapolis, was charged with first and fourth- degree burglary, fourth- degree theft and theft less than $ 100 (£ 80), court records state.

The couple, who have son Woody, 16, and six- year- old daughter Nelly together, said they would continue to be “great friends” and would raise their kids living next door but one to each another.
