AS CHARITIES WARN OF SEX-FOR-RENT DEALS… I got a nice room in return for – it’s a win-win situation

MORAL panic descended last week after a BBC investigat­ion discovered prospectiv­e tenants are being targeted with ads offering accommodat­ion in exchange for SEX.

The legal deals are on online classified ad sites such as Craigslist, which on one day carried more than 100 such adverts.

One from a London landlord asked for a “naughty girl” to move in.

Charities have described the adverts as exploitati­ve and Hove MP Peter Kyle wants them made illegal.

But some landlords have defended the arrangemen­ts, with one saying: “You could argue that high rent charged by landlords is also taking advantage.

“There’s no compulsion for them to do this. Everyone goes into it with their eyes wide open and both sides have something the other person wants.”

But what about the young people who have taken up landlords’ offers? Do they feel “exploited” or have they found the ideal way to avoid soaring rent costs?

Sunday Sport spoke to three to find out… surprise when I realised she wasn’t wearing knickers.

Then she unbuttoned my jeans and sucked me off.

The next week I told my mum and dad I was moving in with a mate.

We had agreed to have sex at least once a week and I would do my own shopping and cleaning.

But it soon became clear we were both attracted to each other – in the first week alone we f** ked every single day – twice some days!

Sleeping with an older lady really opened my eyes! AFTER graduating from uni in Liverpool, I landed a job working for a PR firm over in Leeds but I was struggling to raise a deposit for somewhere to live.

So when I saw an advert to stay rent free in the spare room of a flat in the city centre, I jumped at it.

I went in with my eyes open – I knew what ‘ with benefits’ meant, so I replied to the advert.

I arranged to meet the landlord in a bar near his flat.

He was in his early forties, just divorced and had bought out his wife’s share of the flat.

He wasn’t really my type – a bit flash and cocky for me – but the arrangemen­t of straight sex once a week seemed doable.

However, just three weeks into the deal, I started to have qualms.

The arrangemen­t had been for just straight sex, and I was happy with that. But as time went on, he wanted more. He wanted me to perform oral sex – which I went along with, too. But then he wanted to climax in my mouth.

That’s something I would only ever do with a long- term partner.

The crunch came when he wanted to go even further.

I was ln my hands and knees and he was doing me doggy style when he stopped, pulled out and when I looked round he’d reached down to his jeans.

He pulled out a sachet of lube and said, ‘ Can we try anal for a change?’ Well, I went cold. I’d never done anal and I certainly wasn’t going to do it first like this!

When I refused he said it was OK, but after that it was all different. I didn’t feel welcome any more and left a couple of weeks later.

I didn’t want to hang around and get pressured into doing it again. WHEN I landed my dream job in advertisin­g in the heart of London, I felt like crying as I tried to find somewhere affordable to live that wasn’t a complete dive.

That’s when I came across an ad offering free accommodat­ion in exchange for company.

The only catch was that ‘ other arrangemen­ts’ would also need to be discussed.

I’m not naive and had a good idea of what that meant so I dropped the guy, Marc, a message and waited for a reply.

He owned a three- bedroom town house in Clapham and it was way nicer than any of the one- bed studios or shared houses I’d be able to afford on my wage.

We met in a local coffee shop the next day and I couldn’t believe how young and attractive he was.

He told me that he’d recently split from his partner and that he felt lonely rattling around in the house all alone, so he was just looking for some companions­hip – and intimacy.

I was instantly attracted to Marc so the arrangemen­t was win- win for both of us.

We wrote out a basic agreement, stating that we would have sex a minimum of three times a month and that I was free to treat his home as if it were my own.

A lot of people think these agreements are a bit seedy and friends have said I’m being taken advantage of, but that’s not the case.

The sex is by far the best I’ve ever had and I find it a turn- on to be dominated by a fit, older bloke.

For the first few weeks we shagged almost every day.

This won’t last forever but for now it allows me to do my dream job and save for the deposit on a flat or house of my own.
