FAMILY SUE FOR £3.5m AFTER SEXY JANITOR SHAGS LAD, 16

A SCHOOLBOY’S family is seeking £ 3.5million in damages after a married female janitor shagged the lad during school hours.

Gorgeous Jessica Galyon, 29, was busted in February on charges that she pulled the 16- year- old boy into a room at Midway High School, Tennessee, and encouraged him to put his hard teen penis into her dripping- wet vagina.

The lucky boy’s family is now suing the school district and the contractor that employed Galyon as a janitor.

Under Tennessee law, Galyon is effectively guilty of statutory rape.

The lawsuit alleges that the school and company were ‘ negligent’ in allowing the attack to happen.

Flirtatious

The boy dropped out of school as a result of the attack, the suit alleges.

Court papers say Galyon aggressively courted the boy after meeting him in August, asking for his number and to ‘ friend’ him on Facebook.

She began sending him ‘ flirtatious and sexual messages’ even after the boy told her to stop, the suit claims.

She also allegedly invited him to a hotel RAPE CHARGE: Galyon ‘ pulled boy into room’ room, but he refused.

The suit alleges that when the boy confronted Galyon, she took him into a room and ‘ raped him’ during school hours.

‘ This was the first ever sexual encounter of any kind that ( the boy) had ever had in his life,’ the lawsuit says.

A month after the alleged rape, a faculty member alerted a supervisor.

Galyon was arrested on charges of sexual battery by an authority figure, aggravated statutory rape and statutory rape by an authority figure. ACCUSED: Lawsuit says school was ‘ negligent’
