Cops reckon John Fitzpatrick, 32, was the man caught on CCTV breaking into a home and arrested him.

But his missus Suzy, 25, told them the fella in the footage is not her husband because she was with him at a swinging club when the raid took place.

According to a police report, she told officers: “That can’t be my husband. That time, we was at a swingers club.”

But Suzy Fitzpatrick later changed her tune and told the detective that it was her husband in the video, but he only committed the burglary because he was forced to.

She claimed that she was drunk when she left the “Ranch 4 Play” swingers club in Eustis, near their home in Windermere, Florida, with her husband.

When they returned to their cellphone repair shop, three armed men kidnapped them at gunpoint and forced them to commit the burglary, police said.

John Fitzpatrick gave the same alibi but cops said they determined that was a lie, and that he did the burglary with another man while his wife waited in a nearby vehicle.

When CCTV photos began to circulate, John CHARGED: John and Suzy Fitzpatrick Fitzpatrick shaved his beard to change his appearance, police said.

Both were charged with burglary and theft.
