LADY SCREWS USED TEEN LAGS AS SEX SLAVES

- By BRAD CHADWICK news@ sundaysport. co. uk

HARD- COCKED teen inmates at a youth jail were used as sex slaves by female staff, a new lawsuit claims.

The lawsuit has been filed by Franklin Maldonado, 18, who spent time at the Horizon Juvenile Center in the Bronx, New York, between 2013 and 2014, when he was just 15- years- old.

He claims a female supervisor, Natalie Medford, forced him into a sexual relationship, and that other staff members looked the other way while some encouraged the abuse.

Sweets

Medford, who was in her mid- 40s at the time, took Maldonado aside and told him that if he “took care of her needs” she would protect him from disciplinary action and give him “special privileges” like the use of her mobile phone, extra food and sweets, and the ability to watch movies.

Maldonado says he had sex with Medford three to four times, and that the acts would happen either in his cell or in her office.

When she approached him in his cell, she would shoo away other inmates so Maldonado would be alone when she approached him, and “physically unable” to stop her advances.

“On several occasions, Medford performed oral sex on the plaintiff and threatened him by saying, ‘ If you say something, I will get you in a lot of trouble. But if you don’t say anything, YOUTH PRISON: Horizon Juvenile Center I’ll take care of you’,” the lawsuit claims.

On other occasions, Medford would have a colleague fetch Maldonado from solitary confinement and then bring her to her office for sex.

Maldonado says the other worker, a tour supervisor named John Ike, and other staff members mentioned in the lawsuit, knew what was going on in the office.

While he was being sexually abused by Medford, Maldonado says he knew of at least one other female supervisor – Jane Estrella – who was grooming a male inmate at the centre.

Maldonado says that the male tour supervisor, Ike, told him that female guards having sex with male inmates was “business as usual” at the centre.

The lawsuit seeks £ 4.6million in compensatory damages, either collectively or from each of the 10 defendants.
