Teacher dodges jail for romps with teen

A TEACHER accused of shagging a pupil has been spared jail after a court accepted her plea that she only sucked the lad off!

Jessica Welch Greene had faced almost three years in prison but will now serve 36 months’ probation after a plea deal.

According to prosecutor Rob Taylor, Greene, 28, and a 17- year- old male student were seen kissing in a car park at Davie High School following a basketball game in November last year.

Pupils told school bosses the male student Greene was kissing had told them he was having a relationship with the woman.

When interviewed by cops, the teen said he and Greene had had intercourse on at least three occasions, once in her classroom.

There were sex pics and dirty texts on his phone, Taylor said.

Greene of Mocksville, North Carolina, initially “didn’t want to own up, but ultimately admitted the relationship – though she adamantly denied the intercourse.

She said that she performed oral sex on him twice and not on campus,” Taylor said.

The female judge gave Greene a 13- month jail sentence suspended for 36 months.
