MOBILE PHONE PERV PINCHED MY SEX VID!

A WOMAN is suing a phone shop worker for invasion of privacy, claiming he stole a SEX VIDEO while fixing her mobile.

Keely Hightower said she thought the employee was taking too long when she took her phone to the store in Tampa, Florida, in May last year.

The next day Keely, 24, spotted an unfamiliar email sent from her account with an attachment in the trash folder.

She said the file was a video that she kept on her phone, showing her engaging in sex acts in bed with another person.

Keely realised it had been sent by the phone shop worker – Roberto Sanchez Ramos – to his personal email address, and she immediately called the police.

Ramos, 26, pleaded guilty to a computer offence charge and was jailed for six months. He was released in October last year.

Now Keely is suing Ramos and the firm that owns the store – Global Innovative Group – and claims that the incident caused her mental anguish and distress. THIEF: Roberto Sanchez Ramos

Keely, who works as an optician’s secretary, says she still doesn’t know what Ramos did with the video, adding: “I didn’t want the video out there, in public.”

Court records show Ramos has a long rap sheet.

In 2013 he was nicked after he was caught stealing two iPads from a Walmart store where he worked.

Three years later, he was working at a mobile phone shop in Largo, Florida, when he pleaded guilty to scheming to defraud the business.

He was on probation when he was arrested in this latest case.
