STILL denies vile act

NOT ME: Liam denies laying cable in Gladys’s bathtub ROCKER Noel Gallagher has sensationally apologised to a pensioner after Sunday Sport reported she thought he’d SHAT in her bath during a burglary.

Last week, we told how Manchester resident Gladys Tomlinson alleged that one day in 1989 she came home to find her “knick- knacks and videos” stolen, with the burglars leaving a turd in her bathtub.

She became convinced Noel and his brother Liam were involved after hearing Richard Madeley allege the Gallagher lads burgled his house before their band Oasis made them famous.

Responding to our report on his Instagram account, Noel wrote: “It’s a fair cop guv. We thought it was Richard Madeley’s gaff. Soz Gladys. No offence.”

But no such apology was forthcoming from Liam.

He wrote on Twitter: “For the record i never robbed Richard n Judys and I didn’t do a shit in Gladys bath Berlin is on as you were LG x.”

The Berlin reference was in regard to the latest leg of his tour. He was forced to cancel a gig in Cologne on Sunday due to illness but was fit for a concert in the German capital on Monday.

One concertgoer was spotted in the crowd at Liam’s concert waving a huge ‘ Justice for Gladys’ banner.
