If you’re sane and STILL a Commie, you must be EVIL

-

EXTREMES have always been attractive to fruitcakes.

Islamic fundamentalism, the far right, the far left… their ranks are crammed with the disaffected, disappointed, bitter, spiteful and just plain barking bonkers.

The sort who sit in the corner of their local library scouring books for evidence to support their pet conspiracy theory are hardly the sort of people who volunteer to help at the local Conservative Party garden fete.

They’re far more likely to log on to an ISIS website, retweet some racist garbage from a wannabe Stormfront site or spew some ‘ kill the rich’ gibberish they’ve seen in a Marxist chatroom.

But while the courts jail would- be ISIS recruits as terrorists and prosecute anyone voicing an opinion slightly right of absolutely decent, the hard left get a free ride. And this is plain wrong. Communism is the most bloody ideology dreamed up by mankind.

When Karl Marx wrote his Communist Manifesto, he was penning a get-out-ofjail- free card for history’s most savage mass killers.

Lenin’s liquidation of rich farmers and subsequent famines in Russia, Stalin’s purges, Mao’s Great Leap Forward and Cultural Revolution, the Khmer Rouge’s Year Zero massacres in Cambodia.

The gulags, the death squads, the dawn raids, disappearances, the informers, the secret police, “re- education”, fingernail- ripping. Grinding poverty, repression, despair, mind- control, lies.

Shame

The crimes on Communism’s rap sheet would make a monster like Adolf Hitler blush.

Yet still – here in Britain in 2018 – people think it is acceptable to wave the hammer and sickle in Trafalgar Square, as they did last Tuesday, on May Day.

Stand under Nelson’s Column waving the swastika and you’d be hauled off to the cells under a hail of bricks from the Anti- Nazi League.

Parade the flag of a movement every bit as nasty as Nazism and you’ll be seen, at worst, as slightly eccentric.

Of course, we can’t blame the deranged for flocking to the Communist banner. Lunatics are not responsible for their actions.

One person marched last week wearing a Kim Jong- Un T- shirt. Seriously. That person needs help.

But if you’re in full possession of your faculties, if you have enough wit to read even the most basic history book and STILL nail your colours to the Communist mast, there’s only one conclusion…

You’re a seriously evil bastard.
