“Sex would be the first thing I’d think of in the morning and the last thing on my mind at night – I thought about it every minute of the day.”

However, for Sophie her addiction began when she was still at school and got a glimpse of a porn film on the internet.
She said: “I’d heard boys at school talking about porn and one night, I went home, googled porn and watched a really attractive girl play with herself – and then I just copied what she did.
“By the time I was in college, I’d invested in a dildo and had gone from watching women wank to watching hardcore porn action.”
Similar to other addictions, Sophie needed to go to more extreme lengths to get her ‘ hit’ and she soon swapped porn for real life romps.
Sophie downloaded online dating app Tinder in a bid to meet more men for no strings attached sex.
She said: “Tinder was a huge part of my addiction escalating – it gave me instant access to strangers who were just as eager for a shag as I was.
“Swiping left and right, I made it clear I wanted sex, and it was easy.
“One fella I met behind my work on a break. I just lifted up my skirt around the back of the office block and he slid right in for a frantic quickie.
“That same day, I met a bloke while out walking my dog and after a quick bit of small talk we dived behind a bush for sex.

“In the beginning, a bog standard quickie was enough, but pretty quickly I needed oral and anal as well, I couldn’t do enough to fill my holes.
“My most memorable night was when I had three men at once and they took turns in my mouth, fanny and bumhole.
