‘Kind-to-animals’ teacher tossed of teen pupil
A LONELY music teacher who admitted wanking off a student in her car has been given an eight months’ suspended jail sentence.
Caroline McDougall was aged 34 and depressed when she kissed and tugged on the 15- year- old boy’s firm cock.
But she got off with a light sentence because she’s kind to animals.
A court heard the former high school music teacher from Melbourne, Australia, was close to the student and would occasionally drive him home before the assault.
Stiffening
One day McDougall parked her car in a “relatively secluded” spot before kissing and touching the boy on his stiffening penis.
The lad – a student at Deer Park Secondary College in Melbourne, later confided in his mother, who told the school, and McDougall was sacked after the allegations surfaced.
County Court Judge Carolene Gwynn said: “This is a serious breach of the trust placed in you as a teacher.”
McDougall told the court during her trial that she had regarded the teenager as “sexual beyond his years... he seemed like an adult”.
The incident was reported to police in 2014 and charges were laid in 2016.
She pleaded guilty to one count of an indecent act with a child under the age of 16
McDougall, who is now aged 61, had a troubled past, the court was told.
Judge Gwynn said the sexual assault appeared to be out of character, after reviewing positive character references.
She added: “They know you as a kind, supportive person, a talented musician and someone who shows great care to animals.”
