Teacher had sex with lad, 14, in a barn

A TEACHER who shagged a 14- year- old lad in a BARN faces up to 10 years in jail.

Stephanie Peterson, 27, of New Smyrna Beach, Florida, entered a guilty plea as part of a plea deal to one count of lewd or lascivious battery sex act with a child.

She also entered a guilty plea to one count of transmission of harmful material to minors by electronic means – after sending the lad explicit pics of her held- open minge along with the caption: “I want your hard cock and hot cum in here, baby”.

One of Peterson’s defence team, William Hathaway, said the defence would argue the judge should give her less time in prison, known as a downward departure from the minimum sentence.

Peterson had planned to enter no contest pleas – in which the defendant pleads kind- of guilty but denies wrongdoing.

But the judge said he did not accept those in sex cases.

Judge Raul Zambrano said: “The component of any sentence is treatment.

“And a component of treatment is admitting that you did what you did – if you plead no contest here, they go to treatment don’t want anything.”

Peterson then briefly talked to Hathaway and she changed her plea to guilty.
