Richard and Christina Patterson are accused of having sex with their Doberman Pinscher called Demon and were reportedly caught on film having sex with him in their master bedroom. Footage of the alleged bestial sex session was found on a video after a raid by cops searching for illegal guns at the home of the two kennel owners.

Richard Patterson, 48, faces a string of bestiality and animal cruelty charges after his arrest.

His wife, Christina, 42, was charged with six counts of bestiality after being arrested last October following a 15- month investigation in Suffolk, Virginia.

The “crimes against nature” probe began in July 2017 after animal sex videos of the couple – who trained police dogs – were found on computers seized from their home.

They included one with the Doberman.

The “sexual activity” videos were found by an Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives agent.

Cops said dog’s nails were taken off in order to make it easier for them to have sex with the pooch.

Richard Patterson’s lawyer Andrew Sacks said at the time: “We believe that what two consenting adults do in private is off limits. HELD: Richard and Christina Patterson

“And we don’t believe there was a valid law in place that even affected this at the time.

“We also seriously question the police reaching out into this material when it has nothing to do with what they were searching for to begin with.”

Patterson is being held on six counts of crimes bestiality.

He was previously sentenced to 100 months in jail in November on two counts of possessing a gun while being a convicted criminal.

Christina was handed 12 months in prison and six months of house arrest last July for helping her husband have firearms.
