ARIANA Grande’s new single Boyfriend has sent shockwaves across the internet.
After weeks of build- up, the pint- sized pop princess finally dropped her latest song, which is accompanied by a stellar new video inspired by the punchy lyrics.
The internet instantly went wild for the track, which looks set to become a summer chart- topper – but the video sent it into overdrive.
It shows Ariana arriving at a party dressed in a stylish chequered suit, taking down any girl who tries to talk to her man.
Playing the role of her beau, Michael “Mikey” Foster of pop duo Social House, duets with the brunette beauty on the track.
At one point they can be seen pushing each other up against a wall, caught in the middle of a steamy snog.
But in probably the most jaw- dropping part of the video, Ariana pulls off her jacket and shoots heart shaped pink lasers from each boob.
She tried something similar in her video for Break Free in 2014, firing rockets from her bust in a tongue- in- cheek clip.
Repeat
On Twitter, Ariana’s fans were floored by the new pop track, letting her know that they would be hitting repeat non- stop for the next few days.
One said: “This is song is a f****** bop! I love it so much.”
A second agreed: “I’m shook to the core…”
While a third said: “Ariana shooting lasers from her t**** s again! Her next best era is coming!”
The Sweetener hitmaker has had a traumatic two years since the terrorist attack at her Manchester Arena concert in May 2017.
