DOG LICKED MUM’S BOOBS DURING RACE RANT

A DRUNK mum launched into a foul racist rant at her neighbour – with her bare boobs on show.

Leanne Thomas, 37, fell out of a taxi when she arrived home after boozing with her boyfriend.

But as she was being picked up off the floor she spotted her neighbour closing the curtains and started to hurl abuse.

A court heard that Thomas was hanging over the fence with her boobs out as her neighbour’s dog licked her breasts.

Prosecutor Sian Vaughan said: “At about 5.45pm on August 13, the neighbour was at home with her children looking out of her window and saw Miss Thomas falling out of a taxi.

“Her partner was trying to pick her up off the floor.”

The court heard that Thomas called the neighbour a name and made threats to take her dog.

Miss Vaughan said: “She was hanging over the fence with her breasts hanging out, she then went running towards the house and pulled her skirt up to show her backside to members of the public.

“Her breasts were exposed and hanging over the fence. A dog was jumping up and licking at her breasts.”

Thomas, of Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire, pleaded guilty to a racially aggravated offence of causing harassment, alarm or distress.

Andrew Issac, defending, said: “This lady just snapped on this evening.

“In interview she apologised for FLASH: The street where Leanne bared her boobs offending anyone and said she was ‘ absolutely mortified’ and genuinely sorry.

“My client is at pains to say that she is not a racist at heart.”

Magistrates in Haverfordwest fined Thomas £ 300 and ordered her to pay £ 117 in costs and a surcharge.
