BONKING BOBBY HAD SNAKE PORN

And now on Radio 4…

-

A COP caught with SNAKE PORN has been sacked after visiting a woman for sex while on duty.

Barrow- based PC Matt Simpson admitted engaging in late night liaisons while the pair had a “casual relationship” between 2014 and 2016.

A misconduct hearing heard they got together after meeting online.

At the time, he was in a relationship with a long- term partner who was heavily pregnant and later gave birth to their child.

PC Simpson, 29, a keen local footballer, insisted that the sexual encounters happened around 15 times and only ever after shifts had finished.

But the woman, who hadn’t made a formal complaint, told a misconduct hearing in Penrith earlier this week there were “more than 20” visits by the officer when he should have been working.

She said he arrived wearing a hi- vis yellow jacket and equipped with a body camera, handcuffs, baton, spray and Taser device.

The hearing heard that PC Simpson, who had been an officer for six years, initially joined Cumbria police as a special constable.

Last week he appeared before a three- strong disciplinary panel to face a string of allegations and stood accused of breaching the force’s standards of professional behaviour.

KICKED OFF FORCE: Simpson

Members of the panel included legally qualified chairman Nicholas Walker, a senior police officer and an independent lay person.

They were asked to determine whether the sex meetings occurred after hearing evidence and considering a wealth of material.

He was also accused of possessing “extreme porn” from a WhatsApp group chat called Baldy Stag.

The porn included a video of someone having sex with a snake and a video of a stiletto heel being inserted into a man’s penis.

Cumbria Police say possessing the images was “illegal and discreditable”.

Simon Walsh, representing the constabulary, said the case had initially been passed to the Crown Prosecution Service.

“The CPS have decided, in this case, that it is not in the public interest to prosecute,” he added.

However, the panel concluded it had found gross misconduct in relation to PC Simpson’s on- duty sexual contact with Miss X.

They reached the same verdict in regard to searches he made for her on a police computer system in 2015.

PC Simpson told the panel that the searches had been made due to him being “personally curious”.

He was dismissed without notice by the panel last week.
