SEX fraudster Justine McNally groomed a smitten schoolgirl online for more than THREE YEARS – by posing as a Goth lad called Scott.
Lesbian McNally’s trusting victim had no idea she was talking to another female when they hooked up as youngsters on the internet.
As their web relationship blossomed, they finally met three- and- a- half years later when McNally, then 17, travelled from her home in Cambuslang, Glasgow, to visit the 16- year- old in London.
Dressed as ‘ Scott’ she lured her victim into three sex sessions in a darkened bedroom – using a sex toy to keep up the pretence she was a boy.
She was caged for three years at Wood Green Crown Court in north London for six assaults.
Prosecutor David Markham told her trial: “She obtained consent to physical intimacy between them by fraud.”
A jury heard McNally lodged with a friend of the victim’s family when she travelled south.
The excited youngster – who was a virgin – even bought condoms as she fully expected to sleep with ‘ Scott’.
When they met, the schoolgirl offered to perform a sex act on McNally – but she declined and went on to sexually touch her victim, while refusing to remove her own clothes.
The romps took place in a darkened room and the girl was even duped into thinking she had lost her virginity to ‘ Scott’ in the bedroom of a family friend’s house.
Married
After three sexual encounters in March, May and August 2011, McNally cruelly promised her naive young victim that they would one day get married and have children.
The court heard how she was finally rumbled in November 2011 when the friend of the victim’s family she was staying with became suspicious about Scott’s true identity.
She rummaged through McNally’s rucksack and discovered a sex toy, a bra and a size 12 girls’ top.
McNally wept as she was jailed after admitting six counts of sexual assault by penetration.
