BARE ARSE FISHNET PERV HAS W NK IN STRE* ET

-

A PERVERT wearing only fishnet stockings on his lower half flashed his cock at a shocked woman before performing a sex act on himself in the street.

Shaun Simpson claimed he thought he was in a

“secluded spot” in Byker, Newcastle, when he exposed his genitals in broad daylight.

The victim first saw Simpson, 39, wearing fishnet stockings and no trousers or underwear as he got out his car in November last year and went to fetch something out of his boot – baring his naked bottom as he did so.

She then saw him “cupping” his genitals and performing a sex act, and was so shocked that she Facetimed a friend to show her what was going on as

GUILTY OF EXPOSURE: Simpson

Simpson continued before he got back in his vehicle and then removed his top.

The police were eventually called and found Simpson in his car. He admitted what he’d been doing.

Simpson, from Wardley, Gateshead, now faces being put on the Sex Offenders’ Register after pleading guilty to one count of exposure at North Tyneside Magistrates’ Court.

Prosecutor Lorna Rimell said: “The defendant got out of his car and smiled at the victim.

“He then goes to get something out the boot of his car and he’s got no trousers on and is wearing fishnet stockings and his behind was exposed.

“He stood beside the car, cupping his penis.

“The victim could clearly see what he was doing before he got back in his vehicle and took his top off.

“At this point, the victim has driven away and contacted police.”

He was approached by officers and asked if he knew why they wanted to talk to him.

In a statement read to the court, the victim said: “Witnessing this made me feel weird. It’s a residential area where kids can be around.

“I was angry at how blatant he was and he didn’t care. He appeared to get off on it.”

Simpson said he was embarrassed but could not offer an explanation for his behaviour, adding: “I’m ashamed.”

He was bailed ahead of his sentence hearing next week.
