Sex miss begged cops: ‘Make it go away’

A PREGNANT headteacher begged police to “make it go away” after it emerged she’d been caught on camera having sex with a 16- year- old pupil – who then showed it to his basketball team- mates.

Laura Amero, 35, was jailed for 10 years for sexually assaulting two of her former students.

New details have now emerged that one of the boys the teacher preyed upon had filmed their sexual encounters and circulated the intimate footage around the school.

At least one of the romps with the boys, both 16, took place in her office at Windham High School, Ohio.

Amero ( left) is heard in police interview tapes admitting there may be video footage of an incident and that the victim had shown it to the school basketball team.

She said: “I heard there was a video and he showed it to people on the basketball team.”

An officer is later heard saying that police had found evidence in text messages and on Snapchat that she had committed sex acts against other students.

The sexual predator was interviewed by police again two days later and admitted to sexually assaulting the student in her office.

Amero is then heard begging officers to make it “go away” and insisting that she is “not a predator”.

“I just need it to go away, so if I need to resign at the end of the year, I’ll f** king resign,” she said.

“I will get out. It was a weak moment, it was stupid.”

But Amero is said to have also attempted sexual assaults on students in September 2015, May 2016, September 2016 and May 2017.
