A PLASTIC surgeon posted topless photos of his former intern on social media and his company website, it’s alleged.
The unnamed intern says that Dr David Shokrian posted a tits- out pic of her captioned “my favourite medical assistant” in November last year.
Court documents state: “The Instagram photo was then tagged to the complainant’s account as well as another of her former employers.”
Shokrian and a nurse who works with him were able to get the pictures off the victim’s phone after hacking it.
Both incidents happened roughly two months after the woman’s internship ended in September.
The victim also says Shokrian found ways to “regularly” rub his penis against her while at work, by pretending it was unintentional, the court papers allege.
He also exhibited disturbing sexually deviant, depraved and unethical behaviour toward patients who were anaesthetised and were naked at the HQ of Millennial Plastic Surgery in New York.
The lawyer who represents the doctor and his practice, has yet to review the lawsuit.
