Holocaust denier exposed genitals in naked workout
A NOTORIOUS Holocaust denier has avoided prison for exposing his genitals in public while exercising.
Germar Rudolf, 55, was found guilty of open lewdness and indecent exposure after a two- day trial in York County, Pennsylvania.
Rudolf ( above) was given two years’ probation.
Jurors were not told about his background as a Holocaust denier, defence attorney Rick Robinson said, as it had nothing to do with his case.
Rudolf is not considered a sexual offender because it wasn’t alleged he tried to expose himself to anyone for the purpose of sexual gratification, Robinson said.
A cop had spotted Rudolf, naked from the waist down, exercising in a beauty spot.
“His position at the time was that it’s OK to exercise naked in public in Germany,” David Arnold, chief of police in Lower
Windsor Township, Pennsylvania, said.
“Chief Arnold went on: “Well, it ain’t legal here!”
German- born Rudolf, who now lives in Red Lion, Pennsylvania, has been prosecuted several times in his homeland for denying the Holocaust.
