The El Diablo rapper has a well- known foot fetish and addressed having the 34- year- old actress stepping on his face in his video for Bloody Valentine.

Speaking to Teen Vogue, MGK said: “It’s no secret. I think feet are beautiful, and I think Megan has the most beautiful feet that exist.”

In the video, Megan is seen draping her legs over the star’s lap in a sauna and stepping her bare foot on his face while he has duct tape over his mouth.
