LITTLE BRITAIN STARS IN SWARFEGA BUM FUN HELL!

- NOT FOR BUMMING: A jar of Swarfega yesterday By SIMON DEAN simon@ sundaysport. co. uk

EX-COMEDY buddies David Walliams and Matt Lucas made a surprise appearance together on the Britain’s Got Talent final last week – to the cheers of delighted fans.

But the former duo then instantly fell foul of the dreaded and often tawdry comments on the Daily Mail’s infamously coarse website.

Some even implied performers Lucas, 46 – who is a gay – and 49- year- old Walliams – who is straight – may have enjoyed more intimacy then merely acting together in their previous comedy shows.

Commenting on the telly reunion, “sheeatsmybanana” from Bananaville posting “below the line” wrote caustically: “Spent the night covered in Swarfega sticking things into each other no doubt.”

And others were quick to leap in with their vile observations, too.

The wildly successful duo had enjoyed years of celebrity together as the writers and performers of outrageous BBC sketch show Little Britain – but are said to have been at loggerheads for a seven- year period up until 2018.

And while their BGT reunion was applauded by most, it seemed too much for some of the sourer contributors on the Mail Online.

User “scousertommy”, from Liverpool, wrote: “What feud? Somebody PLEASE enlighten me. Did someone not sieve the Vaseline or something?

“No way these two people have EVER fallen out, they’re far too nice.”

While Jen, from Conwy, said: “Walliams is just not funny, he has no act apart from

putting a dress on, that has been done a thousand times better [ by] the fabulous and very funny Dick Emery, who we are not allowed to watch in this dictatorship.”

Simon Smith and Bear, from “Paradise City”, posted: “Pathetic, as funny as the plague, beeb inclusive so called comedy.”

Diarrhoea

And R. Sey, from Party Town, Christmas Island, commented: “It was as funny as diarrhoea.”

Production sources said that Lucas and Walliams would be upset by the reaction as they had been working hard to reignite their friendship for the past two years.

One source said: “The Swarfega comment was particularly underhand. Have you seen and smelt that stuff? Not what you want for bumming.”
