It’s not racist to say China’s rulers are very bad bastards

A FEW days ago, when Boris emptied his bowels all over the festive season, Nigel Farage tweeted: “Christmas cancelled. Thank you China.”

Now, it’s not my job to defend Nigel Farage. He’s big enough and ugly enough to look after himself.

But from the reaction to his tweet, you would have thought he had just recited Enoch Powell’s Rivers of Blood speech.

The woke left rose as one and shrieked “RACIST!”

It’s been like this from the start – we are not allowed to call COVID- 19 “the Chinese virus”.

There’s never been any problem with calling the flu epidemic that killed 50 million in 1919 “Spanish flu”. There are no protests about the name “Ebola virus”, which is named after a river in the Congo.

Middle East Respiratory Syndrome? West Nile Virus? OK.

Criticism

But calling COVID- 19 the “Chinese virus” is racist. Why?

Because the Chinese government – who know now touchy we are in the West about the r- word – are masters at crying “racism” to get their own way or to deflect criticism.

And this policy covers the trivial to the serious.

At the trivial end, we used to call the capital of China Peking until their government yelped “RACIST” and we all had to callit Beijing.

At a much more serious level, questions about the Uighur minority in China, who are kept in line with concentration camps, are smeared as racist.

Criticise China dismantling the rule of law in Hong Kong? Racist.

Worried about China bullying Australia and other Pacific Rim states? Racist.

Question where exactly China is getting all those human organs for transplants? Racist.

Suggest that COVID was caused by a leak from a Chinese lab, or that it’s down to filthy, live animal markets? Racist.

Sickening

The bending- over- backwards to appease the Chinese so as not to appear “racist” can be sickening.

Last month the BBC reported that Mount Everest was on the border of Nepal and China.

Which is bollocks. Everest is on the border of Nepal and TIBET – an independent country that China invaded in 1949 and is now flooding with Han Chinese in a bid to wipe out Tibetan identity.

Imagine the shitstorm if the BBC had reported that Snowdon was in England?

To all this kow- towing to the Chinese rulers, I say F** K OFF!

China is a vast, brutal, ruthless SUPERPOWER.

It controls a huge amount of the world’s trade and money.

It has so much clout on the world stage it was elected onto the UN Council for HUMAN RIGHTS!

Even Frankie Boyle’s never come up with a joke that sick.

It’s run by some seriously hard f** kers who do not play nicely.

But the insane left won’t accept that the Chinese government are in any way “the baddies”.

Because, to the insane left, the “baddies” are always white.
