Things you might not know about our KIM AND KANYE

-

WHO would have thought it – the most glittering marriage in showbiz is heading for the knacker’s yard.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have been rocked by claims that their six- year marriage is over, with sources saying that ‘ divorce is imminent’ for the power couple.

Several insiders have claimed that Kim is preparing to file for divorce from her rapper husband, while he is said to be fed up with the Kardashian clan.

Kim is best known for making a sex tape and Kanye is best known for being, well... slightly eccentric.

But what else do we know about this now- apparently- doomed union?

Here are facts you may not have known… 1KIM

had been married twice before. From 2000 to 2003 she was wed to music producer Damon Thomas, while her union with basketball player Kris Humphries lasted 72 days.

2KIM

began dating rapper and longtime friend Kanye in April 2012, while still legally married to Humphries. Her divorce was finalised in 2013.

3THE

pair became engaged on October

21, 2013, Kim’s 33rd birthday.

4

THE couple’s wedding party flew to Paris for a rehearsal dinner at Versailles, former palace of the French kings.

5

THE next morning, the to- be- wed twosome had their guests board a fleet of private jets to Florence, where they tied the knot at the Forte di Belvedere, a 16th century castle, rented for an estimated £ 300,000.

6

THE whole wedding was thought to have cost £ 2million.

7TO

make sure all the guests’ looked good on the wedding photos, Kim and Kanye had some of them designed by top designer Michael Costello. 8

JOHN Legend, Andrea Bocelli, Lana Del Rey, and Big Sean sang at the wedding reception. No mobile disco from Salford for this pair.

THE couple have four kids: daughter North ( born June 15, 2013), son Saint ( born December 5, 2015), daughter Chicago ( born January 15, 2018), and son Psalm ( born May 9, 2019).

THE New York Times referred to their marriage as “a historic blizzard of celebrity.” Now, alas, it seems to have turned to slush.
