Parents’ beater told to leave home – at 57

-

A 57- year- old man who lives with his parents has been ordered to leave home – after twatting his elderly mother for not ironing his shirts fast enough.

A court was told how a neighbour heard the man’s mother screaming after he hit her on the arms for her slow ironing, then hit his father on the legs when he tried to intervene.

The unnamed man was found guilty of habitual violence against his parents, aged 83 and 90.

The court gave him a two- year suspended sentence and banned him from entering his parents’ home in Beauvais, near Paris.

The offender wailed: “I am lost. Not returning is a harsher sentence than prison for me.”
