THE council in Berlin has shelled out 36,000 euros (£ 31,000) to build an ‘ anti- sex fence’ to prevent hookers and drug dealers from wandering into a residential area nearby.

The huge metal fence comes after residents in Magdeburger Platz complained they’d found used condoms, needles and faeces all over their streets.
