NEW series. Kenyan chef Kiran Jethwa heads to Genghis Khan country, Mongolia, where he joins the Kazakh eagle hunters on horseback on a quest for wild rabbit.
His adventure begins in the town of Ulgii in Mongolia’s westernmost province, where he sees a potentially explosive form of pressure- cooking called Boodog, involving an entire butchered sheep, and he also creates a mouth- watering rabbit pie using his own improvised mini- pressure cooker to prepare the meat before serving it up with a nut crumble topping.
This is about as far from Bake Off as you can get.
