Vile craze sees weirdos wearing Karen Matthews masks for sex

WARPED sex people are hosting kinky orgies where women hide their identities by wearing evil mum KAREN MATTHEWS masks.

And blokes at the same sex parties maintain their anonymity by wearing masks bearing the face of Matthews’ one- time boyfriend Craig Meehan.

Acting on a tip- off, Sunday Sport visited a site on the so- called Dark Web where sex people congregate to share their more outrageous sexual fantasies and experiences.

On the site there were dozens of pictures of what are being called Karen- Bangs.

Bizarre

One participant told Sunday Sport: “Yes, it’s a bit sick, what with her being involved in the kidnapping of her daughter and that.

“But even though Karen Matthews is a bad ’ un, she’s quite sexy in a way, isn’t she?

“Meehan, less so. He looks like he shouts at buses.”

The bizarre craze, which has been reported at swingers’ parties up and down Britain, appears to have been inspired by the recent BBC drama The Moorside.

The two- parter told the story of the 2008 abduction of little Shannon Matthews.

Residents of the Moorside estate in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire, joined in the hunt for the nine- year- old.

She was eventually found at the JAILED: Karen Matthews and Craig Meehan, whose actions inspired TV drama The Moorside ( below) home of 39- year- old Michael Donovan, uncle of Craig Meehan – then boyfriend of Shannon’s mother.

Karen was jailed for her part in the plot while Craig Meehan was convicted of possessing child pornography which was discovered on his computer during the investigation.

It was established he had nothing to do with the kidnapping.
